Tampa Oratorio Singers: Strategic Planning
In 2017, Elizabeth Brincklow Arts facilitated the Strategic Planning process for Tampa Oratorio Singers, including pre-facilitation planning, research and interviews with key stakeholders; identification of vision and values; preparation of materials; facilitation of strategic planning meetings; and goal setting.
In 2019, the Board Leadership asked Elizabeth to assist in a report card on the progress of their Strategic Plan activity.
